The Role
We are currently seeking to appoint an Executive Assistant / Office Manager, on a 12-month contract basis, to provide efficient, professional and confidential executive support to the CEO and senior management as required. You will perform a full range of secretarial and administrative support functions including prompt, courteous and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure the smooth and effective administration of the executive office.
The Office Manager / Executive Assistant to CEO will oversee, coordinate and manage all administration activities within the office. This will include diary management, organising domestic and international travel, expense management, coordinating meetings, organising pre-briefs, preparing agendas, planning and coordinating events, providing backup support for other company administrative / customer service roles, and any other tasks as delegated by the CEO or senior management group.
What we are looking for
You will enjoy working in a small team and have the ability to balance conflicting priorities and to work to deadlines. Your professionalism and judgement, coupled with your ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, will ensure your success. In addition you will have:
Prior experience supporting a Chief Executive or Executive Manager
Prior experience managing administrative roles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate and liaise effectively and sensitively at all levels, both internally and externally
A demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within the scope of the role
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
