ST was founded in 2008 by Carlo Montagner and Bozena Zembrzuski. Since then, it has evolved to become the largest independent pharmaceutical company in Australia. This corporate success is underpinned by a philanthropic mindset, and an enduring commitment to support causes that are synergistic with both our business and the philosophies of our founders, with a particular focus on healthcare, children and education. Our business provides corporate support to organisations that are aligned with our endeavour.

But it’s through the Montagner-Zembrzuski Family Foundation, founded in 2015, that we have really been able to help those who are less fortunate in Australia and throughout the South-East Asian region.
