We are looking for a passionate National Liaison Manager to fill this full-time Melbourne-based role. In this key leadership position, you will manage a highly experienced field force commercialising oncology and haematology therapies across Australia. Reporting to the CEO, your key responsibilities will include:
Communicating appropriate marketing and sales information to the team
Relaying key field information to relevant cross-functional ST staff
Leading and coaching the team through in-field days, internal and external meetings
Coordination of any necessary team training
Guiding the team in the implementation of strategic marketing plans
Building and sustaining strong relationships with key customers across therapeutic areas
Developing and implementing best practices in the execution of territory business plans
Driving a culture of leadership, sales excellence and continuous improvement
Providing regular updates to the CEO relating to key activities and outcomes

About You
To be successful, you will be an accomplished sales leader within the pharmaceutical industry, with experience in implementing strategic marketing plans. You will have:
A tertiary qualification in science or a related field
Therapeutic area experience in oncology or haematology
Extensive people management experience either at a national or regional level
Strong commercial acumen with business planning and execution capabilities
Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
Ability and willingness to commit to regular national travel, as required
